The flat accumulates an own house with two levels. It has 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms with orthopaedic bed, a spacious kitchen with dining room, 2 shower bathrooms and a guests toilet. Very living room has an own, open chimney. Above is a panorama window with a wide view onto the beautiful landscape of the Era-Village and an exit to a small terrace. The great, cobbled courtyard can be used as a terrace. The furniture is authentic Tuscan. The kitchen consists of massive nut tree wood and work space out of real granite. There belongs a stove with 4 hot plates, fridge, coffee dispenser, toaster, kettle and hairdryer. There is a central warm water care with heating, satellite-TV, hifi-system with CD player and a washing machine with an iron.
